My first set were made by my teacher Richard Clifford, who in his own right, is an amazing rhythm bone player as well as crafter. I play weekly in Hartford at an Irish session hosted by Donegal fiddler P V O’Donnell for the last three years. I play one-handed and have various types of rhythm bones of various materials (shin, rib, ebony, wood). I also was on a CD with Tom Callinan titled “Festival on the Erie” for our two week concert series last June.
