Steve Brown reported that Dave Murphy won the 2005 All-Ireland Bones Competition. Paddy Donnovan came in second and Steve Brown came in third.
Dave Murphey is not only a super guy, he is a great player and teacher of the bones and someone who truly deserved to win. He has put a tremendous effort into practicing and his playing shows it. Seeing he and his family celebrating after the contest was a great joy.
