Bones Fest XIV Video Highlights

Bones Fest XIV was held in Old Towne Alexandria, VA on July 23-25, 2010, and hosted by Kenny and Teri Wolin. Highlights included the historic Lyceum where most of the Fest was held, the Celtic Session on the stage of the famous Alexandria Farmer's Market, and unique to this and maybe to any future Fest, the marriage of Kenny Wolin and Teri Davies.

This Page is the index to the BFXIV video highlights. Typically at each Fest, there are informal performances, workshops, a dinner or two, and more formal Saturday evening performances where the public is invited. One of the highlights of this Fest was the arrival of Greg Adams and Bob Winans both with their period minstrel banjos. Rhythm bones and minstel banjo have a long history together, and attendees got to listen to them as they might have sounded in the mid-1800s. Several performers used CDs as backup music, so only a few seconds of these are included. Special thanks to Mary Lee Sweet who provided most of the video and is editing the marriage video.
